RETURNS & REFUNDS

As required by UK distance selling regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery. To cancel and return your order, please contact us for instructions within the 14 day period.

Please note: all returned items must be unopened in their original condition and the customer is responsible for the cost of postage or shipping to return item.

Given the nature of our products, we do not accept returns after 14 days from delivery. If there is a problem with any of our products, please contact Noted UK for help. We will help with replacement parts or exchanges. 

Noted is committed to making quality products. All of our products are designed, tested and made to ensure the best results for customers enjoy them.

Please note that our plant growing kits require appropriate environment, time and care to germinate. Germination is not guaranteed. Please follow the instructions included. And be sure to check your plant daily.
